Supplier price-list mapping
Supplier price lists turned into clean product and cost records in your system.
{{BRAND}} chases your factories in China, Vietnam and India for order acknowledgements, ship dates and ETAs. We use email, WeChat and WhatsApp, write the confirmed dates into your own sheet, and send you a short "what's late" email every morning. A person checks every date.
Most suppliers will tell you a date has moved, if someone asks. Your team means to ask every day. Then the day fills up.
Acknowledgements in one inbox, ship dates in WeChat, ETAs on a carrier site, and a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts.
Sales learns a container is late when the customer asks. By then the only fixes left are expensive ones.
One late container can cost more than a year of {{BRAND}}. It costs less than hiring someone to do the chasing, and you don't have to manage anyone.
Share the sheet you already use or send an export from Google Sheets, Excel, QuickBooks, Xero or Cin7, plus your supplier contacts. One short call or email is enough.
We ask for acknowledgements, ready dates, ship dates and container ETAs by email, WeChat or WhatsApp, in English or Chinese, and follow up until we get a date.
Dates go into your sheet with a note of where each came from. Every morning you get a short email listing what's late, what's at risk, what's newly confirmed and who isn't answering.
Plain, short, and sorted by what needs you. This sample uses made-up POs and suppliers.
Free for 2 weeks on your current open POs. No card, no contract.

What we don't do: place orders, negotiate prices, customs brokerage, freight booking, or anything to do with payments or bank details.
{{BRAND}} is run by {{FIRST_NAME}} in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our working day overlaps with factory hours in China, Vietnam and India, so dates are in your sheet before your day starts.
As little as possible: edit access to one sheet (or we keep the sheet and send it to you), your supplier contacts, and a short intro email from you so suppliers know we're chasing on your behalf. We never need passwords to your accounting system, your bank or your email.
Your POs and supplier details are used only to chase your suppliers. They're kept in our Google Workspace account with 2-step login, and seen only by the person working on your account. They're never shared or sold, and are deleted within 7 days if you leave. We're happy to sign your NDA. Ask for our one-page data promise.
People, with good tools. Software helps us draft messages and sort replies. A person reads every reply and checks every date before it goes into your sheet.
By email from our desk address (copying you if you like) or from an address on your own domain. We also use WeChat and WhatsApp where a supplier prefers them, and write to Chinese factories in Chinese when that gets faster answers. If a supplier stays silent after two chases, we switch channel or call, and flag it in your digest.
We don't place orders, negotiate prices, book freight, do customs brokerage, or touch payments. If a supplier raises price, payment or bank details, we pass it to you the same day and don't reply on your behalf.
Pick a plan or stop. Either way the sheet and every date in it are yours.
A monthly invoice that you can pay by bank transfer (US ACH or UK bank transfer) or by card.
Tell us roughly how many POs are open and where you track them. {{FIRST_NAME}} will reply within one working day with a short setup list. We aim to start chasing within 24 hours of getting your list.
