Who we are
{{BRAND}}, run by {{FIRST_NAME}}, {{ADDRESS}}. Email {{EMAIL}} about anything on this page.
What we collect
- Enquiries: what you type into a form on this site, and the emails you send us.
- Client work: if you become a client, the files and records you share for the service you chose. Examples are purchase orders and supplier contacts, invoices and rate cards, owner statements, settlements, price lists, orders, receipts, gift reports and subscriber lists. We use them only to do that job.
- This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
If we emailed you first
We found your company's address on its own website, or in a public business listing, and wrote because the message relates to your business. Reply "stop" and we will never contact you again. We keep a short do-not-contact record so that stays true.
How client data is handled
- We ask for the least access the job needs: a shared sheet, a monthly export, or a separate login you create and can switch off.
- We never ask for passwords to your bank or your email.
- Client data is kept in our business workspace with 2-step login, and seen only by the person working on your account.
- It is never sold, and never shared except with the people you ask us to contact (for example your suppliers) and the providers listed below.
- For personal data you send us, such as your customers', tenants' or donors' details, we act as your processor and follow your instructions. We'll sign a data processing agreement on request.
- We don't accept health records or payment card numbers.
Providers we use
- Our business email and file workspace, which holds enquiries and client files.
- Formspree, which processes the forms on this site.
- Our invoicing provider, which holds billing details for clients.
Some of these store data outside your country. We're based in Bangladesh.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 12 months.
- Client data: deleted within 7 days after you leave. Anything we produced for you stays in your own sheets and systems.
- Invoices: kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
