Insurance certificate & document chase
COIs, W-9s and licences chased from your subs and kept current before they start work.
{{BRAND}} prepares your permit applications and uploads them in city and county portals under your own account. We check every open permit every working day, send you correction comments by the next morning, and request inspections on the dates you give us. A person checks every line. You still sign, your designer still stamps, and we only file where your city's portal allows it.
Accela in one city, EnerGov in the next county, a PDF form and an email address in a third. Each has its own checklist, its own login and its own way of saying "incomplete".
Plan-check comments go to whoever filed, often as a portal notice nobody opens. They wait days before your designer sees them, and every day adds a day to the job.
Status changes, fees due and expiring permits get noticed when someone logs in. That's usually when the install date is close, or when an inspection should already have been booked.
One crew sent home for a missing permit costs a day of labor. {{BRAND}} costs less than putting a permit coordinator on the payroll, and you don't have to hire or train anyone on every city's portal.
Share the jobs that need permits and the permits you already have open. A ServiceTitan, Jobber or JobTread export, or your Google Sheet, is fine. Then add us as a delegate or user on each city or county portal. We'll show you how.
We fill in each application from your job details, check it against the city's published checklist, and upload your documents. Anything that needs your signature goes back to you. Then we check every open permit every working day, and call the permit desk when one stalls.
Each morning you get a short email: corrections to fix, fees to pay, permits issued, inspections booked. Every status goes into your permit log with the date we last checked it.
Sorted by what needs you, with your permit log underneath. This sample uses made-up jobs, cities and numbers.
In your sheet, each permit also has the permit number, the portal link, every comment in full, and the date we last checked it.

Free for 2 weeks: 3 new permits filed, and every open one tracked. No card, no contract.
Start the free trialFor context: offshore permit assistants on OnlineJobs are paid about $5–8 an hour, or $600–1,100 a month full time, plus the time it takes to train them on each city's portal. A permit coordinator in the US is paid about $21–34 an hour.
What we don't do: sign, notarize or stamp anything; draw, change or engineer plans; answer technical plan-check comments; decide which permits a job needs or interpret building codes; pay permit fees or handle any money; file in person, or anywhere the city requires a licensed or registered filer; attend inspections; or give legal, tax or insurance advice. We aren't a licensed contractor, architect or engineer, and don't act as one.
{{BRAND}} is run by {{FIRST_NAME}} in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our working day runs into your morning, so every portal has been checked and your email is waiting by 7:30 am your time, and calls to building departments happen during their office hours.
As little as possible: delegate or user access on each permit portal, the folder where you keep job documents, and edit access to your permit log (or we keep the log and share it with you). Some portals, including many that run on Accela, let you invite a delegate, choose what they can do, and remove them any time. If a portal has no way to add someone, we'll talk it through with you before we start. We never ask for your own portal password, or for access to your bank, your accounting system or your email.
Your job details, documents and your customers' names and addresses are used only to file and track your permits. They're kept in our Google Workspace account with 2-step login, and seen only by the person working on your account. They're never shared or sold, and are deleted within 7 days if you leave. We're happy to sign your NDA. Ask for our one-page data promise.
People, with good tools. Software helps us pull details from your job paperwork, keep your log and sort comments. A person checks every application before it's uploaded, reads every status and comment in the portal, and makes every call.
We upload applications under your account, as your delegate. We never sign. Anything that needs your signature, a notarized form, an owner's authorization or a design professional's stamp goes back to you or your designer, with a note of exactly what's needed. Where a portal makes the person who submits sign or attest, you do that step. It takes a minute, and we tell you where to click.
US and Canadian cities and counties that take applications through an online portal, such as Accela, EnerGov, eTRAKiT, OpenGov or Cloudpermit, and let you add us to your account. We check each of yours before we start. We don't file where the city needs filing in person, an agent form that we'd have to sign, or a licensed or registered filer. New York City's DOB NOW (registered filing representatives) and Chicago (city-licensed expediters for many permit types) are two examples. There we can still track status and remind you. Permits in the UK and Australia work differently, so we don't offer this there yet.
Yes, where the city takes them online. If your city uses SolarAPP+ for instant residential solar permits, we enter the project for you to check and submit. Plan sets and structural letters come from your designer or engineer. Utility interconnection applications aren't included yet. Ask us if you need them.
We don't draw or change plans, answer technical plan-check comments, decide which permits a job needs, pay fees, attend inspections, or sign, notarize or stamp anything. When a reviewer asks for something only you or your designer can give, we tell you by the next morning and upload it once you send it. We don't give legal, tax or insurance advice. Whether a job meets code is your call and the inspector's.
The trial runs 2 weeks: we file 3 new permits and track every permit you have open. Then pick a plan or stop. Either way your portal accounts, your permit log and every comment and document in it are yours. If you stop, remove us as a delegate and we'll confirm when your files are deleted.
A monthly invoice that you can pay by bank transfer or by card.
Tell us roughly how many permits you pull a month and where. {{FIRST_NAME}} will reply within one working day with a short setup list and a check of which of your portals we can work in. The 2 free weeks cover 3 new permits filed and every open permit tracked. We aim to have every open permit in your log within 2 working days of getting portal access.
