Sold on Shopify, still live on eBay? We keep your listings and stock in line.

{{BRAND}} sets up and looks after your listings, prices and stock across Shopify, WooCommerce or Square and eBay, Etsy or Amazon. We work through your sync app if you have one, and by hand if you don't. Every week we check what doesn't match and fix the listing errors. A person checks every change.

The problem

Listing on three channels is easy. Keeping them the same is the job.

Sold here, still for sale there

Some sellers go through every channel each morning and delist whatever sold overnight. Miss one and you cancel an order, or sell something you don't have.

The sync app is on, but is it right?

Apps pause after an error, sync slowly on free plans, or cap how many variants they import. Even Shopify's own Marketplace Connect had weeks of eBay sync trouble in August and September 2026. Nobody notices until a customer does.

Listings fail quietly

A missing item specific on eBay, an Etsy listing that expired, an Amazon listing that's suppressed. The item just stops selling, and the warning email is easy to miss.

A full-time offshore listing assistant costs about $400–1,100 a month, and someone still has to train and check them. {{BRAND}} does the weekly check and the fixes from $150 a month, and you don't have to manage anyone.

How it works

Three steps. You can start this week.

Tell us where you sell

Send a product export from Shopify, WooCommerce or Square and the listings download from eBay, Etsy or Amazon. Tell us which sync app you use, if any, and your rules: which system is the source of truth, any stock buffer, and how prices differ by channel.

We match and check every week

We match every listing to your SKUs and compare stock, price, title and status across channels. If you have a sync app, we watch it and note when it stops or misses something. If you don't, we make the changes by hand.

You get a short list

One email a week: what didn't match, what we fixed, and what needs your OK, such as any price change. Listing errors we can fix, we fix. New listings are set up from your product data.

What changes hands

What you send, and what you get every week

You send (once)

  • A product export from your store, and the listings download from each marketplace
  • The name of your sync app, if you have one
  • Your rules: source of truth, stock buffer, price difference by channel
  • For any channel you want us to change directly, a limited user you create (and can remove any time)
  • Supplier sheets, photos and descriptions when you want new listings

You get (every week)

  • A weekly email: stock, price and status differences, fixed or listed
  • Listing errors fixed: item specifics, ended or expired listings, suppressed items
  • A heads-up when your sync app has stopped, with the error text for its support
  • New and edited listings, set up from your product data
  • A change log in your own sheet: what changed, when and why
  • A real person to reply to: {{FIRST_NAME}}

Subject Week 41: 6 stock differences, 4 prices off your rule, 3 listing errors, 2 questions

Stock showing wrong (6) · fixed

  • TC-1042 · Foil sleeves 100pk: Shopify 0, eBay still showing 3, Etsy 1. We set both to 0. Your sync app's log shows an error on 3 Oct and no updates since. The error text is in your sheet to send to its support.
  • TC-1190 · Playmat 24in: Etsy showed 9, Shopify has 14. Raised to 14. Etsy was understating, so this cost sales rather than risking an oversell.
  • The other 4 are in the table below.

Prices outside your rule (4) · your OK needed

  • TC-1305 · Card binder: Shopify $24.00, eBay $24.00. Your rule (eBay = Shopify + 12%) gives $26.88.
  • TC-1411 · Desk mat XL: Shopify $18.00, eBay $22.00. Rule gives $20.16. This one may be on purpose.
  • We don't change prices on our own. Reply "yes" to apply your rule to all 4, or tell us which to leave.

Listing errors (3) · 2 fixed, 1 needs you

  • TC-1523 · eBay, toploaders: "Brand" item specific was missing. Added from your Shopify vendor field. Live again.
  • TC-2145 · eBay, starter deck box: ended on 28 Sep when stock hit 0. Back in stock, and your rules say relist, so we did.
  • TC-1088 · Etsy, matte sleeves 60pk: expired on 2 Oct. Etsy charges a small fee to renew. Renew it? Reply "yes".

Questions (2)

  • Two eBay listings have no SKU: "Mystery pack" and "Vintage binder lot". We can't match them to Shopify. Are they one-offs, or should we add SKUs?

Checked and matches

  • 399 of 412 SKUs match on stock, price and status across Shopify (412 listings), eBay (366) and Etsy (148).

For context: a full-time offshore listing assistant costs about $400–1,100 a month, plus the time it takes you to train and check them. Office and ecommerce staff in the US or UK cost about $16–30 an hour. Freelance posts we found for ongoing catalogue upkeep set budgets of about $250–750. Sync apps such as Sellbrite, LitCommerce and CedCommerce cost about $19–100 a month. They move the stock; we check that they did, and we cover what they don't.
What we don't do: set prices, buy stock, run ads, decide what to sell where, handle orders, customer messages or returns, or touch payouts and bank details. We're not a sync app and we don't replace yours.

Questions

FAQ

Who are you?

{{BRAND}} is run by {{FIRST_NAME}} in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The work runs on exports, shared sheets and email, so the time difference doesn't slow it down. Your weekly check arrives on the day you choose.

What access do you need?

To start, only files: a product export from your store and a listings download from each marketplace. To fix listings and stock directly, we ask you to create a limited user on each channel (for example, a Shopify staff account with only product and inventory permissions). You can remove it any time. If a channel can't limit a user to listings and stock, we keep working from files and send you the exact changes to make. We don't need access to payouts, bank details or your email, and we never ask for your main password.

Is my data safe?

Your product and price data is used only to keep your listings in line. It's kept in our Google Workspace account with 2-step login, and seen only by the person working on your account. It's never shared or sold, and is deleted within 7 days if you leave. We don't need your customers' names or addresses, so please leave them out of exports. If personal data does reach us, we handle it as your processor and will sign a data processing agreement. We're happy to sign your NDA. Ask for our one-page data promise.

Is this software or people?

People, with good tools. Software compares your exports and lists the differences. A person reads each difference, makes or approves each change, and writes the weekly email. Nothing in your accounts is changed without a person checking it first.

Do I need a sync app? Which channels do you cover?

No. If you already use one, such as LitCommerce, Sellbrite, CedCommerce, Trunk, SKU IQ or Shopify's Marketplace Connect, we work with it and check it. If you don't, we make the changes by hand each week. Hand changes are only as fresh as the last check, so a seller of fast-moving one-off items is better off with an app, and we'll tell you honestly if that's you. Stores: Shopify, WooCommerce and Square. Marketplaces: eBay, Etsy and Amazon. For others, ask us.

Who decides prices?

You do. You give us a rule (for example, eBay is 12% above your store price), and we check against it. If something is off your rule, it goes on the list for your OK. We don't change a price on our own, and we don't suggest what to charge.

How fast do you catch a mistake?

Once a week, on the day you choose. A weekly check can't stop an oversell that happens between checks. Live stock updates are your sync app's job, and ours is to catch what it misses before it repeats. If your app has stopped, we set the numbers right by hand for that week and send you its error text for the app's support. We can't fix the app's own software. In busy weeks, ask us about a second check.

What don't you do?

We don't set prices, buy stock, run ads, handle orders, returns or customer messages, or collect or move money. We're not lawyers or accountants and don't give legal, tax or product-safety advice. We don't confirm that a product may be sold in a given country or category. Restricted items, brand approvals and product-safety rules (for example, EU and UK rules on manufacturer and importer details) are yours, and we enter the details you give us. We don't sign in as you except through a limited user you set up.

What happens after the free trial?

Pick a plan or stop. Either way, your sheets, your change log and your listings are yours.

How do I pay?

A monthly invoice that you can pay by bank transfer (US ACH or UK bank transfer) or by card.
