Check  Chargeback evidence packs for Shopify and WooCommerce stores

Every chargeback answered with the right evidence, before the deadline.

For each Shopify Payments, PayPal or Stripe dispute, {{BRAND}} gathers the order, tracking and delivery scans, customer messages, your policies, and stills from your packing video if you record one. We draft the response for the reason the customer gave, track every due date, and log what the bank decides. A person checks every pack.

The problem

You sent the tracking. The bank still took the buyer's word for it.

The evidence doesn't answer the claim

Tracking, weight receipts, delivery GPS: it's natural to send everything you have. If none of it answers what the customer claimed, such as "empty box" or "not as described", the bank often sides with the cardholder.

Every processor wants it differently

Shopify Payments, PayPal and Stripe each have their own form, reasons and due dates. Shopify Payments and Stripe take only PDF, JPEG or PNG files, about 4.5MB in total, so your packing video can't go in as it is.

The due date passes in a busy week

Each pack means digging through Shopify, your inbox and the carrier's site, and disputes don't wait for a quiet week. One you don't answer in time is lost.

A lost dispute costs you the sale, the goods you shipped and usually a dispute fee. {{BRAND}} is a flat fee from $100 a month, with no share of what you win back, and a person checks every pack.

How it works

Three steps. Your first check is last month's disputes.

Show us your disputes

Forward the dispute emails from Shopify, PayPal or Stripe to our desk address, or add us as a staff user with only the permissions disputes need. Send your shipping, refund and returns policies once, and tell us where customers write to you: Gmail, Outlook, Zendesk or another helpdesk.

We build each pack

We pull the order, the address and CVC check results, tracking and delivery scans, customer messages, your policies as shown at checkout, and stills from your packing video. Software helps gather and draft. A person checks every page against the reason the customer gave.

You approve, it goes in on time

You get the pack and the response text at least 2 working days before the due date, if the dispute reaches us 5 or more working days before it's due. Upload it yourself, or reply "OK" and we upload it. When the bank decides, we log the result in your sheet.

What changes hands

What you send, and what you get for every dispute

You send (once, then as disputes arrive)

  • Which processors you use: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe or WooPayments
  • Dispute emails forwarded to our desk address, or a limited staff login
  • Your shipping, refund and returns policies, and when each last changed
  • The customer's messages for each disputed order, forwarded or from your helpdesk
  • Your packing video or photos, if you record them, named by order number

You get (for every dispute)

  • An evidence pack as one PDF, sized to the processor's file limit
  • Response text written for the reason given, ready to paste or upload
  • The pack at least 2 working days before the due date, when the dispute reaches us in time
  • A plain note when a dispute isn't worth fighting, and why
  • A Monday summary: due soon, needs you, submitted, decided
  • Every dispute and outcome logged in your own Google Sheet
  • A real person to reply to: {{FIRST_NAME}}

  • #1187 · Shopify Payments · product not received · $142.00 · due Thu 15 Oct. Pack ready: USPS delivery scan at the billing address, packing stills, and the customer asking to swap sizes 2 days after delivery. Upload it by Wednesday, or reply OK and we'll upload it.

Needs something from you (1)

  • #1211 · Stripe (WooCommerce) · fraudulent · $310.00 · due 20 Oct. The customer has 3 earlier orders to the same address with no dispute. Your export doesn't show whether they were logged in for this order. Can you check their account page in WooCommerce?

Order #1187 · $142.00
Reason Product not received

The cardholder says this order did not arrive. Our records show it was delivered and received:

1. We shipped it on 15 Sep to the billing address on the card, which passed the address check (page 2).
2. USPS scanned it as delivered to that address on 19 Sep at 2:14 pm (page 3).
3. Our packing video shows the item packed and the box sealed under this order's label (page 4).
4. On 21 Sep the cardholder emailed us to ask for a larger size (page 5).

Our returns policy, shown at checkout, offers exchanges within 30 days (page 6). The cardholder asked about an exchange but has not sent the item back. We ask that this dispute be decided in our favour.

For context: an offshore assistant hired to handle chargebacks alongside customer emails costs about $480–800 a month, plus the time it takes to train and check them. In the US or UK it's about $16–30 an hour. Self-serve dispute apps cost from nothing to about $100 a month; some submit for you automatically, others leave you to check and submit each one. Success-fee apps keep 10–25% of what they win back, and one app's fully managed plan is $499 a month.
What we don't do: promise a result (the cardholder's bank decides), give legal advice, issue refunds or accept a dispute for you, contact your customers or their bank, collect or move money, screen orders for fraud, or sign anything in your name. You approve every response before it goes in.

Questions

FAQ

Who are you?

{{BRAND}} is run by {{FIRST_NAME}} in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our working day is your night in North America and your morning in the UK, so a dispute that opens in your evening is often being worked on by the time you're up.

What access do you need?

The least that works. Most stores forward the dispute emails to our desk address and send the customer's messages for each disputed order. If you'd like us to pull orders and upload packs, add us as a staff user in Shopify or WooCommerce, or a team member in PayPal or Stripe, with the fewest permissions that let us see orders and answer disputes. We'll tell you which ones to tick. Some roles can also issue refunds; we never do. We never need your owner login, your bank, or full card numbers.

Is my data safe?

Your orders, customer details and messages are used only to answer your disputes. They're kept in our Google Workspace account with 2-step login, and seen only by the person working on your account. They're never shared or sold, and are deleted within 7 days if you leave. We never see or keep full card numbers. We're happy to sign your NDA. If you sell to UK or EU customers, we act as your data processor under GDPR and sign a data processing agreement. Ask for our one-page data promise.

Is this software or people?

People, with good tools. Software helps us gather order and tracking details, sort customer messages and draft the response text. A person reads every page, checks it against the reason the customer gave, and takes out anything that doesn't help before the pack comes to you.

Can you promise we'll win?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. The cardholder's bank decides, and some disputes can't be won however good the evidence is. What we make sure of is that every dispute gets a complete, clear answer before its due date. If one isn't worth fighting, for example the order really didn't ship or the customer has a fair point, we'll say so and suggest you accept it.

Which stores and processors do you cover?

Shopify stores on Shopify Payments or PayPal, and WooCommerce stores on WooPayments, Stripe or PayPal. If your disputes come through another processor, ask us. We don't handle Amazon A-to-z claims, eBay cases or Etsy cases.

Do I need to film my packing?

No. It gives us something to show for "empty box" and "wrong item" claims, where tracking only shows that a box arrived, but we can't promise how much weight a bank gives it. If you film packing on a phone or webcam, name each clip by order number or keep the label in shot. Video can't be uploaded: Shopify Payments and Stripe take PDF, JPEG or PNG files, about 4.5MB in total. So we take a few timestamped stills that show the item, the sealed box and the label. If staff appear in your videos, check what your local rules say about telling them.

What don't you do?

We don't give legal advice, issue refunds, accept or settle disputes for you, or contact your customers, their banks or the card networks. We don't screen orders for fraud. We never collect or move money: anything won goes from the processor straight to you. Nothing is submitted without your OK, and we don't sign anything in your name. We're not a law firm, a payment processor or a collection agency.

What happens after the free check?

Pick a plan or stop. Either way, the packs, the dispute log and every file we made are yours.

How do I pay?

A monthly invoice that you can pay by bank transfer (US ACH or UK bank transfer) or by card.
