Check  Run checks & client reports for agencies that run Zapier, Make and n8n

Your client shouldn't be the one who tells you it broke.

Every working day {{BRAND}} looks through the run histories and error logs of the workflows you run for your clients. We flag what failed, went quiet or was switched off, and at the end of the month you get a report per client of what ran and what it produced. You keep the logins and decide every fix. A person checks every line.

  • No card needed
  • No software to install
  • You keep every login and every fix

FailedClient 4 · Zapier lead-to-CRM: 6 runs errored since yesterday afternoon, CRM connection expired
QuietClient 7 · Make order sheet: 0 runs yesterday, usually 12 to 15 on a weekday
Re-runClient 3 · Make Slack report: 1 failed run replayed as you approved, now succeeded
ClearClients 1, 5, 8: 213 runs since Friday, all succeeded, volumes as usual

The problem

A green run isn't the same as a job done.

It says success, the result is wrong

Fifty rows go in, forty-seven land in the CRM, and every run shows green. Nobody looks until the client asks where the other three went.

Things stop without a sound

A connection needs signing in again. A Zap gets switched off. A plan hits its monthly limit. The first you hear of it is your client's message.

The maintenance is invisible

Retainer clients pay each month for things not breaking. With nothing to show them what ran, the retainer is the first line they question.

A full-time offshore assistant costs about $500–1,400 a month. Monitoring tools for agencies cost about $100–300 a month and some draft a client report, but someone on your side still sets the rules, reads the alerts and checks what they mean. With {{BRAND}} a person does the reading, the checking and the reports, from $149 a month.

How it works

Three steps. You can start this week.

Tell us what each workflow should do

Send a list of your clients and their workflows: what each one should do, roughly how often it runs, and what it should produce. Then give us view-only access, or forward the failure emails your platforms already send.

We check every working day

We read the run histories and error logs against your list. Failed runs, quiet workflows, workflows switched off, connections that need signing in again. For workflows you mark safe, we replay a failed run once. We never edit anything.

You get a report per client

A short note each working day, and a one-page report per client each month with your name and logo: what ran, what failed, what we caught and what it produced. You send it. We never write to your clients.

What changes hands

What you send, and what you get

You send (once, then when things change)

  • Your clients and their workflows, with what each should do and how often it runs
  • View-only access for one named person on our side, or the failure emails forwarded to a desk address
  • Which workflows are safe to replay after a failed run, and which are not
  • Who gets the daily note, your time zone, and your logo for the reports
  • For the workflows you pick, a count we can compare (say, rows in a sheet against records in the CRM)

You get (every working day, and monthly)

  • A daily note: failures, quiet workflows, switched-off workflows, connections to renew
  • Failed runs replayed only where you said yes, with the result
  • A same-day message when a client-facing workflow looks broken
  • A monthly report per client, ready to forward under your name
  • A running log of every issue: found, when, and what you did
  • A real person to reply to: {{FIRST_NAME}}

Subject Tuesday check: 2 failed, 3 quiet, off or not adding up, 1 re-run, 3 clients clear

Failed (2)

  • Client 4 · Zapier "New form lead to CRM": 6 runs errored since 3pm Mon 5 Oct. Error: connection expired. The CRM connection probably needs signing in again; the 6 leads aren't in the CRM yet. Run IDs attached.
  • Client 9 · n8n "Daily invoice export": failed again at the Google Sheets step, second day running. "The caller does not have permission." Someone may have changed who can edit the sheet.

Quiet, off or not adding up (3)

  • Client 7 · Make "Order to fulfilment sheet": 0 runs yesterday, usually 12 to 15 on a weekday. The scenario shows as on. It may be a slow day or a trigger problem; worth asking the client.
  • Client 2 · Zapier "Booking to calendar": switched off yesterday at 4:12pm. Your list says it should be live.
  • Client 6 · Count check: 31 form rows yesterday, 28 new CRM contacts. 3 missing; the row numbers are in the sheet.

Re-run, as you approved (1)

  • Client 3 · Make "Weekly report to Slack": 1 failed run (Slack rate limit) replayed once. Succeeded.

Checked and clear

  • Clients 1, 5, 8: 213 runs since Friday, all succeeded, volumes within the usual range. Client 5 count check: 48 form rows, 48 new CRM contacts.
We edited nothing and switched nothing on or off. Fixes are yours. Plan usage is under 80% for all 9 clients.

For context: a full-time offshore assistant costs about $500–1,400 a month, plus the time it takes to train and check them. Monitoring tools made for agencies cost about $100–300 a month; they send alerts and some produce client reports, but you set them up and read them. The platforms' own failure emails and free watchdogs such as Healthchecks.io cover part of this too, for little or nothing.
What we don't do: build or fix workflows, edit or switch anything on or off, hold your API keys or passwords, watch around the clock or at weekends, write your client contracts or SLAs, or work on workflows that handle health information.

Questions

FAQ

Who are you?

{{BRAND}} is run by {{FIRST_NAME}} in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We're new, so we have no customer list to show you. The free check is how you decide: you see the work on your own clients' workflows before you pay anything. We work Monday to Friday, during the Dhaka afternoon, so the daily note is ready by about 9am UK time, before the US working day starts. In Australia it lands in your early evening.

What access do you need?

As little as possible, and you choose how. Either add one named person from our side with a view-only or monitoring role, where your plan has one, or forward the failure emails Zapier, Make and n8n already send to a desk address. The email route catches failures but not quiet or switched-off workflows, so we'd also ask for a short weekly export of run counts. On some plans an extra seat costs money, and some only offer full access; in either case the email route costs nothing and we'd rather you use it. We never need your API keys, your clients' app logins, passwords or billing details, and you can remove our seat any time.

Is my data safe?

Run histories can hold your clients' customer data. We read status, run times, step names, error messages and counts, and we don't need the contents of each record. Where your platform lets you, switch off saving of run data for those workflows or mask it. What we keep is held in our Google Workspace account with 2-step login, seen only by the person working on your account, never shared or sold, and deleted within 7 days if you leave. If personal data does reach us, we handle it as your processor (or sub-processor, where you work for your client) and will sign a data processing agreement. Your contract with your client may require their OK before you share run logs with us. We're happy to sign your NDA first. Workflows that handle health information are out of scope: please leave them off the list. Ask for our one-page data promise.

Is this software or people?

People, with good tools. Software helps us read long run histories, sort errors into types and draft the report. A person checks every flagged item against what you told us the workflow should do, and reads every note and report before it reaches you.

What exactly do you check?

Each working day, for every workflow on your list: runs that failed or stopped, runs that happened less often than usual or not at all, workflows that are off but should be live, connections that need signing in again, and plan usage close to its limit where your seat shows it. For up to 3 workflows per client, we also compare a count you can export, such as rows in a form sheet against new records in the CRM for the same day. We can only check what the platform and your exports show us. Green runs with a wrong result are caught only where there's a count to compare.

Do you fix things or contact my clients?

No to both. You decide every fix, and your clients never hear from us unless you ask. We replay a failed run only on workflows you've marked safe, once, and we tell you the result. A replay can send a second email or text, or create a duplicate record, so the default is to flag it and let you decide. We never edit a workflow, switch one on or off, reconnect an app or change a setting.

Isn't this what monitoring software does?

Much of it, yes. The platforms' failure emails, free watchdogs and paid tools for agencies will alert you when a run fails, and some flag quiet workflows or produce a client report. What they don't do is have a person read the history each day against what each workflow is meant to do, check the counts you care about, and write a report you'd forward without editing. If you're happy to set up a tool and read its alerts yourself, that's cheaper and you probably don't need us. This is for studios that would rather hand that part over.

What don't you do?

We don't build, edit or fix workflows, reconnect apps, or switch anything on or off. We don't hold your API keys or passwords, and we never collect or move money. We're not an around-the-clock service: we check on working days, so a failure on Saturday is flagged on Monday, and we don't call you at night. We can't see inside your clients' apps beyond the run history and the exports you give us. We don't write your client contracts or SLAs, give legal or compliance advice, or work on workflows that handle health information.

How does the free check work?

Pick one or two client accounts. We read last month's run history and send you the issue log and a sample client report within 5 working days of getting access. Platforms keep only a limited run history, depending on platform and plan, so if there's less than a month we check what's there plus the next two weeks. Then pick a plan or stop. Either way the report and the issue log are yours.

How do I pay?

A monthly invoice that you can pay by bank transfer (US ACH or UK bank transfer) or by card.
